What I collect
- Booking and contact details: your name, phone number, email, trip date, group size, and anything you tell me in a request form, text, or email.
- Payment details: when you book, a card is held on file to hold your reservation. Your card is stored by Stripe, our payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.
- Website data: this site does not use advertising cookies; it uses Google Analytics cookies to see how the site is used. Our website host (Webflow) and its network provider (Cloudflare) automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser, and pages requested. When you load a page, Cloudflare sets one cookie, named _cfuvid. It is a security cookie that helps tell visitors apart for rate limiting and bot protection. It is not used for advertising.
- Contact and request forms: if you use the Contact form, the Tarpon Request form, or the Terms & Liability Waiver acceptance form on this site, what you type (name, email, phone, message, trip details) is sent to me and stored by Webflow. These forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads a script from Cloudflare, checks that you are a person, and may collect browser and device signals for that purpose.
How I use it
To schedule and run your trip, contact you about it, process payments or late-cancellation and no-show charges, answer your questions, and meet legal and tax requirements.
Who sees it
I don't sell your information. I share it only with services that help me run the business, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and online booking provider, Webflow (website and forms), Cloudflare (network and form security), and my email provider, and with others when the law requires.
Cookies and links to other sites
I use Google Analytics to see which pages visitors view. It collects anonymous usage data and doesn't identify you. I don't use Meta/Facebook Pixel or other advertising tools. This site does not embed videos, maps, social feeds, or fonts from other companies; its scripts, styles, and images load from Webflow's content network, except the Google Analytics script, which loads from Google. The "Book" buttons take you to our online booking provider's site, and links to Google Maps, Google reviews, and Instagram open those sites. They have their own cookies and privacy policies.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed for the trip, bookkeeping, and legal reasons.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop receiving messages from me, by contacting me below.
Children
This website is for adults booking trips. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll post the new date at the top.
